The Marc S. Zeplin Foundation was established to honor the memory of Marc Scott Zeplin who lost his life on September 11, 2001, while working at Cantor Fitzgerald in the World Trade Center's North Tower. Among those left behind were his two young children. In an effort to carry on his values, the foundation has been formed to provide scholarship programs for children and to support organizations that demonstrate reasons to address the physical, social, emotional and/or educational needs of children.

Marc Zeplin was a huge Bruce Springsteen fan. In addition to his passion for Springsteen, Marc enjoyed many nights in the village going to see Tramps Like Us re-create the magic of Bruce and the E Street Band. Marc always enjoyed going to see the band with family and close friends. Therefore, it is only fitting to pay tribute to Marc and raise money for the foundation in his honor with a special performance by The Ultimate Bruce Springsteen tribute, Tramps Like Us.*
